Model Hyannis coloured Black Fade are limited edition sunglasses with a generously proportioned, rectangular shape and a wide fit - created for those who like expressive form but don't need to scream to impress. The sculptural temples, refined proportions and JMM collector's details here build a character that is both casual and absolutely luxurious.
Hyannis is inspired by american coastal elegance“ - The serenity and poise of seaside mansions, a nautical summer on Cape Cod and classic Saratoga Worn in the 1960s, this model has a widened silhouette and more „relaxed” proportions, making it the perfect balance between structure and lightness: it looks just as good with a linen shirt on the terrace as it does with a blazer in the city.
The luminaire was handmade in Japan from 10 mm cured cellulose acetate in the finishing Black Fade - black with a soft tonal transition that adds depth to the overall look. The temples are built with a layered construction: clear beige outside i black interior, which provides a subtle, refined contrast with every head movement.
The finish is pure Jacques Marie Mage signature: sterling silver arrowhead front pins, exposed ‘Classic’ wirecores and customised 7-barrel hinges with refined hairline details, all in a coating silver palladium. This is completed by lenses Armorlite 6-base in shade light bottle green with anti-reflective coating on the inside - providing comfort, depth of colour and 100% UV protection.
