Right of withdrawal
A customer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without stating a reason within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Sending the declaration of withdrawal before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Conditions for acceptance of return
Only products can be returned:
-
unused,
-
undamaged,
-
complete,
-
with all original components, accessories, cases, certificates and manufacturer's markings,
-
adequately protected for transport.
The customer has the right to inspect the product to the extent necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning. However, he shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the product resulting from use beyond this scope.
In the case of sunglasses, corrective frames and luxury accessories, the removal of seals, tags, manufacturer's markings, protective films or traces of use may result in either a refusal to accept the return or a reduction in the value of the amount returned.
Products excluded from the right of return
Pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal is not available in the case of:

products made to individual customer specifications,

corrective lenses made to individual specifications,
-
eyeglasses with corrective lenses made,
-
personalised products,
-
products bearing clear signs of use beyond normal inspection of the product.
Method of refund
Return of the product must be sent back immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal, to the following address:

The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.
The shop is not taking delivery:

sent COD,
-
to parcel post without prior arrangement,
-
unprotected against damage.
We recommend the use of registered mail and that the product is adequately protected during transport.
Return of payment
Refunds will be made immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the declaration of withdrawal.
The seller may withhold reimbursement until it has received the returned product or provided proof of postage - whichever event occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer when placing the order, unless the Customer agrees to another form of refund.
The refund also includes the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered in the shop.
Complaints
If a purchased product has a defect, the customer has the right to lodge a complaint in accordance with applicable law.

Additional information
Diuk Optyk offers premium luxury products and limited edition eyewear collections. Due to the collectible nature of some of the products, the shop reserves the right to assess the condition of returned goods on an individual basis.
