TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE DIUK OPTYK ONLINE SHOP<\/h1>\n

\u00a7 1. General information<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. \n

    These terms and conditions set out the rules governing the use of the Diuk Optyk online shop, the placing of orders, the conclusion of sales contracts, the delivery of goods, payments, withdrawal from the contract, returns and complaints.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    These Terms and Conditions constitute the terms and conditions for the provision of electronic services within the meaning of Article 8(1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    The online shop is run by:

    The Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Online Shop\u2019s website in a format that allows them to be accessed, viewed and saved.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Use of the Online Shop refers to any action taken by the Customer that results in them viewing the content published on the Online Shop, including browsing the product range, placing orders and using the forms available on the website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    The Customer is obliged to use the Online Shop in accordance with the law, accepted standards of behaviour and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    The Customer is prohibited from providing unlawful content and from using the Online Shop in a manner that disrupts its operation or infringes the rights of the Seller or third parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \n

    \u00a7 2. Definitions<\/h2>\n

    For the purposes of these Rules, the following definitions shall apply:<\/p>\n

      Seller<\/strong> \u2014 Diuk Optyk Marcin Lechna, 32 Hugona Ko\u0142\u0142\u0105taja Street, 50-005 Wroc\u0142aw, NIP: 9291566483, REGON: 081110501.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Online Shop<\/strong> \u2014 the online shop operated by the Seller at diukoptyk.pl, which enables Customers to place orders for Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Service<\/strong> \u2014 the Diuk Optyk website, available at diukoptyk.pl.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Customer<\/strong> \u2014 a natural person with at least limited legal capacity, a legal person, or an organisational unit without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity, who uses the Online Shop or places an order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    5. \n

      Consumer<\/strong> \u2014 a natural person who enters into a legal transaction with the Seller that is not directly related to their business or professional activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    6. \n

      A businessperson with consumer rights<\/strong> \u2014 a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activities, provided that the terms of the contract indicate that it is not of a professional nature for that person.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    7. \n

      Goods<\/strong> \u2014 products available in the Online Shop, in particular spectacle frames, sunglasses, accessories or other products offered by the Seller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    8. \n

      Personalised goods<\/strong> \u2014 Goods manufactured, modified, customised or assembled in accordance with the Customer\u2019s individual specifications, in particular spectacles with corrective lenses, lenses made to prescription, lenses fitted to a chosen frame, or a product made to the Customer\u2019s individual order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    9. \n

      Sales Agreement<\/strong> \u2014 a contract for the sale of Goods concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the Online Shop.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    10. \n

      Order<\/strong> \u2014 a declaration made by the Customer via the Online Shop with a view to concluding a Contract of Sale.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    11. \n

      Shopping basket<\/strong> \u2014 the section of the Online Shop where the Customer specifies the Goods included in the Order, delivery details, payment method, delivery method and other information necessary for the fulfilment of the Order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    12. \n

      Customer Account<\/strong> \u2014 a Customer\u2019s personal account created on the Website, enabling, amongst other things, the placing of orders, access to purchase history and the management of the details provided during registration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    13. \n

      Working days<\/strong> \u2014 Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and public holidays in Poland.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    14. \n

      Order processing time<\/strong> \u2014 the time taken by the Seller to prepare the Order and hand it over for dispatch. The time taken to fulfil the order does not include the period spent waiting for payment from the Customer, if payment in advance has been selected.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    15. \n

      International order<\/strong> \u2014 An order to be delivered outside the territory of the Republic of Poland.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    16. \n

      Living room<\/strong> \u2014 the Seller\u2019s high-street optician\u2019s shop located at 32 Hugona Ko\u0142\u0142\u0105taja Street, 50-005 Wroc\u0142aw.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    17. \n

      Newsletter<\/strong> \u2014 commercial or marketing information relating to the Seller\u2019s business, including promotions, new products, events, and the availability of products or services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \n

      \u00a7 3. Technical requirements<\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. \n

        To use the Online Shop, you will need:
        (a) a computer, smartphone, tablet or other device with internet access;
        b) a modern web browser, e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or another browser that complies with current standards;
        (c) a valid email account;
        (d) cookies, JavaScript and the basic browser functions necessary for the Online Shop to operate correctly are enabled.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      2. \n

        The customer should use the Online Shop with up-to-date software and devices that ensure the security of data transmission.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      3. \n

        The Seller implements technical and organisational measures designed to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of data transmitted whilst using the Online Shop.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \n

        \u00a7 4. Customer Account and Registration<\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. \n

          The Customer may use the Online Shop either as a registered user or without registering, provided that the Online Shop\u2019s features allow for this.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        2. \n

          To register a Customer Account, you must complete the registration form, provide the required details and accept the Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        3. \n

          The customer is obliged to provide information that is true, up to date and necessary for the fulfilment of the Order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        4. \n

          The Customer is obliged to protect the login details for their Customer Account from unauthorised access.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        5. \n

          Through their Customer Account, Customers can, in particular, place Orders, view their purchase history and manage their personal data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        6. \n

          The Customer may close their Customer Account at any time by sending a request to that effect to the Seller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \n

          \u00a7 5. Rules for placing orders<\/h2>\n
            \n
          1. \n

            The information about the Goods presented in the Online Shop does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but rather an invitation to Customers to make offers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          2. \n

            The placing of an Order by the Customer constitutes an offer to enter into a Contract for the sale of the Goods covered by the Order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          3. \n

            To place an Order, the Customer should:
            (a) select Goods available in the Online Shop;
            b) add the item to your basket;
            (c) choose a delivery method or collect the item in person, if available;
            (d) select a payment method;
            (e) provide the information necessary to fulfil the Order;
            (f) accept the Terms and Conditions;
            (g) confirm the Order by clicking the \u201eOrder and pay\u201d button or another equivalent button that clearly indicates the obligation to pay.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          4. \n

            Once an Order has been placed, the Seller will send the Customer confirmation of receipt of the Order to the email address provided by the Customer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          5. \n

            The Sales Agreement is concluded upon the Seller\u2019s confirmation that the Order has been accepted for fulfilment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          6. \n

            The Seller reserves the right to verify the Order, in particular with regard to the availability of the Goods, the accuracy of the Customer\u2019s details, the payment method, the delivery address and the feasibility of fulfilling the Order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          7. \n

            Where justified, the Seller may contact the Customer to confirm the Order, arrange delivery details or clarify the information required to fulfil the Order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          8. \n

            Orders can be placed via the Online Shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, although they are processed on working days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          9. \n

            If the Goods are unavailable or the Order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller shall inform the Customer of this without delay. If the Customer has made a payment, the Seller shall refund the payment received within 14 days of informing the Customer that the Order cannot be fulfilled.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          10. \n

            The Seller may cancel an Order if:
            (a) The Customer has provided details that make it impossible to fulfil the Order;
            (b) The customer has not made the payment by the required deadline;
            (c) The product is out of stock;
            (d) there has been an obvious pricing or technical error;
            (e) fulfilment of the Order would be impossible for reasons beyond the Seller\u2019s control.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            \n

            \u00a7 6. Prices and payments<\/h2>\n
              \n
            1. \n

              The prices of Goods listed in the Online Shop are gross prices, unless otherwise expressly stated for a particular Good.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            2. \n

              The prices of Goods listed in the Online Shop do not include delivery costs, unless otherwise stated for a particular Good, promotion or in the Shopping Basket.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            3. \n

              Delivery costs are quoted to the Customer before the Order is placed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            4. \n

              The prices of goods displayed in the Online Shop may differ from those in the high-street shop, unless the Seller expressly states otherwise.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            5. \n

              The available payment methods are shown to the Customer when placing an Order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            6. \n

              The seller may offer the following payment methods in particular:
              (a) payment by standard bank transfer;
              (b) payment by payment card;
              (c) BLIK payment;
              (d) payment via online payment providers, including Przelewy24, PayPal, Stripe, Revolut or other providers available in the Online Shop;
              (e) payment in cash or by card upon collection in person, if this option is available;
              (f) another payment method available in the Shopping Basket.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            7. \n

              In the event that the Customer chooses to pay in advance, the Order will only be accepted for processing once payment has been made by the Customer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            8. \n

              If payment is not made by the deadline specified when the Order was placed, the Seller may cancel the Order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            9. \n

              The Seller issues a sales document in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. At the Customer\u2019s request, the Seller will issue a VAT invoice, provided the Customer supplies the details required for its issue.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            10. \n

              The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of the Goods, to organise and cancel promotions, and to withdraw Goods from the range. These changes do not affect Orders that have already been accepted for fulfilment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              \n

              \u00a7 7. Delivery and collection of the Goods<\/h2>\n
                \n
              1. \n

                Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Customer when placing the Order, or collected in person from the Shop, if this option is available.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              2. \n

                The delivery time for an Order depends on the availability of the Goods, the type of Goods, the chosen delivery method and any personalisation required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              3. \n

                The standard lead time for an Order is up to 14 working days, unless a different timeframe is specified for a particular Product or at the time of placing the Order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              4. \n

                In the case of personalised goods, goods imported to special order, limited editions or international orders, the delivery time may be extended. The Seller will inform the Customer of the expected delivery date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              5. \n

                Deliveries are made via courier companies, postal operators or other carriers available on the Online Shop.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              6. \n

                The customer should check the condition of the parcel on delivery. If the parcel is found to be damaged, it is recommended that a damage report be drawn up with the carrier and that the customer contact the Seller immediately.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              7. \n

                If the Customer chooses to collect the Goods in person from the Showroom, they will be notified by email or telephone when the Goods are ready for collection.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              8. \n

                The Customer should collect the Goods from the Showroom within 7 days of being notified that the Goods are ready for collection, unless the parties agree on a different deadline.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              9. \n

                If the Goods are not collected within the specified time, the Seller may contact the Customer to arrange for the Order to be processed further. In justified cases, the Seller may cancel the Order, subject to the applicable legal provisions and the nature of the Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              10. \n

                In the case of international Orders, the Customer may be required to pay additional statutory charges, customs duties, taxes or import charges, if these arise under the laws of the country of delivery. These charges are beyond the Seller\u2019s control, unless expressly stated otherwise when the Order is placed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              11. \n

                The Seller undertakes to supply Goods in accordance with the Contract of Sale.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                \n

                \u00a7 8. Right to withdraw from the contract and returns<\/h2>\n
                  \n
                1. \n

                  A Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the date on which the Customer took possession of the Goods or on which a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier, took possession of the Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                2. \n

                  The right to withdraw from a Contract of Sale also applies to a business operator acting as a consumer, provided that the Contract of Sale entered into is not of a commercial nature for that operator.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                3. \n

                  To meet the deadline for withdrawing from the Contract, it is sufficient to send a notice of withdrawal before the expiry of the period referred to in paragraph 1.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                4. \n

                  A notice of withdrawal from the Contract may be given:
                  (a) by email to the following address: diuk@diukoptyk.pl<\/a>;
                  (b) in writing to the following address: Diuk Optyk Marcin Lechna, 32 Hugona Ko\u0142\u0142\u0105taja Street, 50-005 Wroc\u0142aw;
                  (c) using the returns form available on the Online Shop\u2019s website, if such a form has been made available.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                5. \n

                  In the event of withdrawal from the Contract of Sale, the Contract shall be deemed not to have been concluded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                6. \n

                  The Customer is obliged to return the Goods without delay, no later than 14 days from the date on which they withdrew from the Contract of Sale. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to post the Goods back before the deadline expires.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                7. \n

                  Returns should be sent to the following address:<\/p>\n

                8. \n

                  In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the Consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Goods to the Seller, unless otherwise provided for by applicable law or the Seller has expressly agreed to bear them.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                9. \n

                  Returned goods must be properly secured during transport to prevent them from being damaged.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                10. \n

                  To ensure the safety of the parcel, the Seller recommends that you post the return as follows:
                  (a) by registered post, with tracking;
                  (b) with insurance covering the value of the Goods being returned, particularly in the case of Goods of significant value;
                  (c) a service requiring confirmation of receipt by the recipient\u2019s signature.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                11. \n

                  The recommendations set out in paragraph 10 are intended to minimise the risk of the consignment being lost or damaged and to enable confirmation of its successful delivery to the Seller. These recommendations do not restrict the Consumer\u2019s right to choose another method of returning the Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                12. \n

                  Until the refund process is complete, it is advisable to keep the proof of posting and \u2014 if you have taken out insurance on the parcel \u2014 the document confirming that the parcel is covered by insurance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                13. \n

                  The seller does not collect parcels:
                  (a) sent on a cash-on-delivery basis;
                  (b) sent to parcel lockers without prior individual agreement with the Seller;
                  (c) not secured in a manner appropriate to the nature and value of the Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                14. \n

                  The Seller shall refund to the Consumer all payments received from the Consumer, including the costs of delivering the Goods to the Consumer, without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the Contract of Sale.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                15. \n

                  If the Consumer has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs arising from the more expensive delivery method chosen by the Consumer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                16. \n

                  The seller shall refund the payment using the same payment method as that used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of refund which does not entail any costs for them.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                17. \n

                  The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Goods have been received or until the Consumer has provided proof that they have been posted, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                18. \n

                  The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from their use in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                19. \n

                  In the case of spectacles, frames, accessories and premium or collectable items, the Seller recommends that the Goods be returned in their complete condition, with the original cases, certificates, documents, tags, markings, accessories and security features, provided these were supplied with the Goods. The absence of these items or any damage to them may be taken into account when assessing any reduction in the value of the Goods, if this affects their value, completeness or the possibility of reselling them as a product of full value.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                20. \n

                  Neither the Consumer nor a Business acting as a consumer is entitled to withdraw from a Contract of Sale in the cases specified in Article 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, in particular with regard to contracts:
                  (a) the subject matter of which is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured to the Consumer\u2019s specifications or designed to meet their individual needs;
                  (b) which relate to personalised Goods, in particular spectacles with corrective lenses manufactured or fitted in accordance with the Customer\u2019s individual specifications;
                  (c) for the provision of services for which the Consumer is obliged to pay the price, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the Consumer\u2019s express and prior consent, and the Consumer was informed before the service began that, once the service had been provided, they would lose the right to withdraw from the contract, and has acknowledged this.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                21. \n

                  The returns form available on the Online Shop\u2019s website may make the returns process easier, but using it is not a condition for the effective withdrawal from the Contract.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  \n

                  \u00a7 9. Complaints<\/h2>\n
                    \n
                  1. \n

                    The Seller is liable to the Consumer and to a Business acting as a consumer for the conformity of the Goods with the Sales Contract in accordance with the rules laid down in the applicable legislation, in particular the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  2. \n

                    In the case of Customers who are neither Consumers nor Traders with consumer rights, the Seller\u2019s liability under the warranty is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  3. \n

                    A complaint may be lodged:

                    marked with the word: \u201eCOMPLAINT\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  4. \n

                    A complaint should include at least the following:
                    (a) the Customer\u2019s first name and surname;
                    (b) the Customer\u2019s contact details;
                    (c) the order number or other proof of purchase, if the Customer has one;
                    (d) a description of the reported non-conformity, defect or problem;
                    (e) a request from the Customer, where required by applicable law;
                    (f) photographs or other material documenting the reported problem, if this may help with the investigation of the complaint.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  5. \n

                    The absence of a proof of purchase does not preclude the possibility of making a complaint if the purchase can be confirmed by other means.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  6. \n

                    The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  7. \n

                    The Customer will be informed of the outcome of their complaint by email, telephone or in writing, in accordance with the contact details provided by the Customer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  8. \n

                    If it is necessary to return the Goods subject to a complaint to the Seller, the Seller will inform the Customer of the method of returning the Goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  9. \n

                    A Customer who is a Consumer may make use of out-of-court complaint handling and redress procedures, in particular by seeking assistance from the municipal or district consumer ombudsman, the Trade Inspection Authority or the relevant consumer organisation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  10. \n

                    The provisions of this paragraph do not limit the Customer\u2019s rights under generally applicable law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    \n

                    \u00a7 10. Newsletter<\/h2>\n
                      \n
                    1. \n

                      A customer may voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter if this feature has been made available by the Seller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    2. \n

                      To subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide your email address and consent to receiving commercial communications by email.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    3. \n

                      The customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting the Seller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    4. \n

                      Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      \u00a7 11. Personal data and privacy<\/h2>\n
                        \n
                      1. \n

                        The data controller for customers\u2019 personal data is Diuk Optyk Marcin Lechna, 32 Hugona Ko\u0142\u0142\u0105taja Street, 50-005 Wroc\u0142aw, NIP: 9291566483, REGON: 081110501.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      2. \n

                        Customers\u2019 personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, known as the GDPR.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      3. \n

                        Customers\u2019 personal data may be processed, in particular, for the following purposes:
                        (a) managing the Customer\u2019s Account;
                        (b) the acceptance and fulfilment of the Order;
                        (c) the conclusion and performance of the Sales Agreement;
                        (d) payment processing;
                        (e) the supply of Goods;
                        (f) handling returns, complaints and customer enquiries;
                        (g) the fulfilment of tax, accounting and legal obligations;
                        (h) pursuing or defending claims;
                        (i) sending the newsletter \u2014 provided the Customer has given their consent.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      4. \n

                        Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data, cookies and the Customer\u2019s rights can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Online Shop\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      5. \n

                        The customer has the right to access their personal data, to have it rectified, to have it erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        \u00a7 12. Reviews, customer content and communication<\/h2>\n

                        1. \n

                          If the Online Shop allows Customers to post reviews, comments or other content, the Customer is obliged to ensure that such content is lawful, truthful and does not infringe the rights of third parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                        2. \n

                          It is prohibited to publish content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes personal rights, copyright, industrial property rights, trade secrets or public decency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                        3. \n

                          The seller may refuse to publish or may remove any content that breaches these Terms and Conditions or the law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                        4. \n

                          The Seller may contact the Customer via email, telephone or other contact details provided by the Customer for the purpose of fulfilling the Order, processing a return or complaint, or responding to an enquiry.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          \u00a7 13. Final provisions<\/h2>\n

                            In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, and the provisions on the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                            No provision of these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit the rights of a Consumer or a Business acting as a consumer arising from generally applicable laws. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and mandatory provisions of law, the latter shall prevail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                          3. \n

                            The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, in particular in the event of:
                            (a) changes to the law;
                            (b) changes to the functionality of the Online Shop;
                            (c) changes to payment or delivery arrangements;
                            (d) changes to the Seller\u2019s details;
                            (e) the need to clarify the rules governing the handling of orders, returns and complaints;
                            (f) changes to the Online Shop\u2019s range of products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                            Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions shall not affect Orders placed and accepted for fulfilment prior to the date on which the amendment to the Terms and Conditions comes into force.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
