ELMYR in ARGYLE is an interpretation of the iconic model inspired by the aesthetics of the 1970s, which combines a classic form with a brighter, more sophisticated colour scheme. Retaining the distinctive silhouette, precisely chamfered edges and medium fit, the ARGYLE variant offers a quieter but still distinctive alternative to the more contrasting iterations of this model.
Version ARGYLE was made of solid of 10 mm hardened cellulose acetate, colour havana, whose warm drawl pairs beautifully with cool, light blue lenses. It's a combination inspired by the classics but set in a modern context - elegant, visually light and very versatile.
The frame is decorated with signature front pins in the shape of arrowheads, finished in a dark gold tone, and exposed internal „Classic” wirecore with delicate Art Deco-inspired engraving. The design is complemented by proprietary seven-barrel stainless steel hinges, also finished in dark gold, ensuring the durability and smooth operation of the mechanics.
Applied light blue Armorlite base 4 lenses, equipped with an anti-reflective coating on the inside, offer high visual comfort, glare reduction and a pleasant, light image in intense light. It is a solution that combines the functionality of premium sunglasses with a subtle, sophisticated aesthetic.
